From within its Research & Development department, RIS Rubber has specialised in very high-value rubber and rubber/metal products, which are subject to static and dynamic requirements, among others.

Using a test (pressure) bench, RIS Rubber is able to measure static properties, such as axial, radial, torsion and cardan rigidity. This test bench has accurate pressure sensors and can exert up to 200 kN force at any desired speed. The track is detected continuously and automatically.RIS Rubber also has a dynamic test bench for testing products under pressure. The maximum pressure and tensile force the test bench can exert upon the product is 20 kN at a frequency of between 1 and 15Hz.
